OCVarsity 2020 Athletes of the Year special section

The Register concludes a year of excellence in senior high school sports by picking the Orange Area Athletes of the Year.

The honorees are featured in an unique section that includes checklists of every one of the professional athletes and trains that obtained OCVarsity honors in 2019-20. The section is consisted of in Sunday’s version of the Register.

This year, as a result of COVID-19, the Register couldn’t organize its annual banquet for all of the year’s honor winners, but the OCVarsity team praises the guest of honors, including Rosary’s Asia Avinger, who received the Trinity League Professional Athlete of the Year honor from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange.
